Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ RULES & CANCELATION -DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE-

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled and you will have to pay another deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Happy Brows & Lashes has a cancellation fee.
Deposits are non refundable. It is there to secure your appointment and my time. I ask that you please provide a 24 HOUR NOTICE of cancellation for any appointment. You can always message, call or text me. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Happy Brows & Lashes at (806) 886-0748 or johnbrowsamarillo@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule. You are also able to cancel your appointment when it sends you a reminder of your appointment through the artist 24 hours prior. This gives others a chance to book in your time slot. Thank you.
