CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY – HAPPY BROWS & LASHES ⸻ 📌 Upon Arrival: • If you arrive early, please wait at Suite 136 or call (806) 886 0748. ✅ 1. DEPOSIT & SERVICE PAYMENT • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment (applied toward your service total). • Payments accepted via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or in-person at the studio. • Appointments are only confirmed after the deposit is received. • All service payments are non-refundable once the service is completed. • This policy ensures fairness for both clients and the studio and avoids unnecessary disputes. 📆 Cancellation/Rescheduling Before Service: • No refunds for cancellations. • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Free reschedule if notified within 48- 72 hours. • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeited deposit. 🎗 For emergencies (illness, weather, etc.), John is happy to work with you to find a solution. ⸻ 🎁 2. AFTERCARE SUPPORT • Personalized aftercare kit: healing balm, cotton swabs, blotting papers. • Detailed instructions with photos. • Guidance on cleaning, protection, what to avoid (sun, touching, etc.), and normal healing stages. • Proper aftercare = better healing, longer-lasting results. ⸻ 📞 3.
