✅ 1. FLEXIBLE DEPOSIT POLICY
• A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment (applied toward your final service total).
• Accepted via Zelle, Venmo, Cash or in-person payment at the studio.
• Appointments are only confirmed after deposit is received.
📆 Flexible cancellation/rescheduling:
• 100% refund if canceled 48+ hours in advance.
• Free reschedule if notified within 24–48 hours.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
🎗 In case of emergencies (illness, weather, etc.), John is happy to work with you to find a solution.

🎁 2. AFTERCARE KIT – DETAILED & PERSONALIZED
After your brow service, you’ll receive:
• A custom aftercare kit including healing balm, cotton swabs, and blotting papers.
• Aftercare instructions + pics of all instructions.
• Guidance on:
• How to clean and protect your brows
• What to avoid (sun, touching, etc.)
• Normal healing stages
